Order Proccessing and Shipping
With the confirmation of the payment of your order from the partner payment platform (Bank or Paypal), its processing starts immediately.
One of our employees undertakes its processing, packaging and shipping.
This usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
If the products you ordered are handmade – for example shoes or clothes – the shipment may take a little longer (1-7 working days)

Returns & Refunds

The refund is made in the same way as the order was paid for, in approximately 5 working days from the date of the refund. In exceptional cases the refund time can be extended to 14 working days.
